My fascination with web design began when I found Geocities, a free site for hosting personal websites. Though everything I made there was ugly by my standards today, it kicked off an interest that I still hold.
Throughout many different iterations of my personal website, as well as a Calvin and Hobbes fansite I maintained, I learned more and more about web development, moving from website-building programs to writing my own code and doing my own full designs, rather than modifying the designs of others. Today I still enjoy doing that, and continue to build and improve my own site as well as quite a few clients'.
I’m pretty easy to find on the internet, and have accounts on most major websites. I greatly expanded
my internet horizons since ditching my PC back in March 2008 (I was always a Mac guy at heart,
but not at wallet), and now can be found blogging and updating here as well as other sites.
The Techie Stuff
I have had excellent fortune on eBay, selling and buying my way from a $400 eMac to a $2000 15”
MacBook Pro. I’ve spent time with a 17” iMac G5, two white MacBooks, two white Intel iMacs, and
an aluminum iMac. I have acheived a fully mobile setup, but it is also optimized as a desktop setup,
thanks to the beatuiful 23” Apple Cinema Display and three external hard drives for projects.
